Choosing to start therapy can be an overwhelming and daunting task. I am happy that you are here and have taken this step! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate that has worked with children, teens, and adults. Before transitioning to private practice and over the past six years, my experience has been in community mental health, inpatient care and I have received training for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. My experience has been with children and adults with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parent/child conflict, trauma, serious mental illnesses, and unhealthy relationships. I take pride in creating a therapeutic space that is unique to each individual with warmth, empathy, trust and transparency. Treatment plans are tailored to each person’s needs and their specific goals for therapy. I am knowledgeable in DBT and practice person-centered therapy while using a trauma-informed approach. You and your story are unique to you and I believe in everyone’s ability to heal and grow from their past and/or present. It is my goal to help you identify your worth, importance and overall well-being because you are deserving of all of those. I look forward to working with you and guiding you on your transition into a healthier, happier you.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with experience in outpatient therapy focused on anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and general mental health concerns. I have experience providing play therapy to children ages 4 and up using DBT & CBT. I believe that emotional attunement is crucial for kids in building resiliency and works from an attachment informed lens that prioritizes parent-child co-regulation.  I have experience treating the following: Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Agoraphobia, Phobias, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, Panic, OCD, and Separation Anxiety. I enjoy working with children ages 4 and up, teens, and adults. “Connect before you correct” is a quote from graduate school that I live by. I work from a person-centered approach that prioritizes rapport and validation. I greatly enjoy working with anxiety from a trauma- informed perspective. I use interventions from DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CBT, and neurodivergent affirming lens, to best fit client needs. I am receptive to what feels effective for you as we personalize our work together. Additionally, I enjoy consulting with other professionals in the field and frequently pursue additional training to expand my skill set.  In my free time I enjoy hiking, trying out coffee shops with my husband, and taking care of my two holland lops.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA), and I’m here to help you feel more connected, supported, and at ease in your life and relationships. Whether you’re navigating challenges as a couple, working through family dynamics, or looking for individual support, you don’t have to do it alone. I love working with couples and families to improve communication, work through conflict, and rebuild connection in a meaningful, lasting way. I also support pre-teens, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, ADHD, school or work stress, or relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I also take a systemic approach, looking at how your relationships, family dynamics, and environment shape your experiences. I’d love to connect and support you in taking that next step.
