Harmony Family Therapy offers services in office or by Telehealth.  We accept BCBS, Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare.  We also offer self-pay rates.

Clinical Assessment
 A clinical assessment is a clinical evaluation of presenting mental health and substance use symptoms.  This evaluation is done by a licensed professional and a written clinical summary with diagnosis is provided.
