Meet our Team
Alice Carrozza, LCSWA
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate passionate about helping others navigate life's complexities. Life can be hard, but you don't have to do it alone. I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, and adults to build self-esteem, navigate grief and loneliness, manage relationship conflict, and explore their gender identity. Using a combination of cognitive and somatic therapies, we will work together to understand the protective nature of your emotions and how to harness them into your superpowers. If you are ready to explore your inner world, heal from the past, and move forward with confidence, I’d be honored to work with you. Together, we can help you create a life filled with greater self-acceptance, meaningful connections, and lasting growth.

I offer a relaxed, person-centered approach to therapy, creating a space where kids (8+), teens, adults, couples, and families can feel supported and understood. My style is strength-based and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to meet each client’s unique needs. I help individuals and families navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, parenting, life stressors, and family conflict. As a neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I value diversity and strive to provide care that respects and uplifts each person’s identity. My goal is to empower clients to build on their strengths, find balance, and create meaningful changes in their lives.

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist with experience supporting individuals, groups, and families in both residential treatment and outpatient settings. I believe that healing happens through genuine connection and collaboration, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, where we work at your pace and with your goals and voice at the forefront, taking practical steps toward the life you deserve. I work with individual adults and teenagers (14+) who are navigating life’s inevitable challenges in an open and honest way, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, confidence and identity challenges, and stress or burnout related to school, work, or major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients slow down, tune inward, and build a deeper understanding of their emotions, patterns, and needs. In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and a Strengths-Based Perspective. These approaches help us explore your experiences, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen the resilience you already carry. I look forward to being a part of your journey toward greater balance, security, and fulfillment.
