Tracylee Cicero, LCMHCS 
Owner & Clinical Director

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping children, families, and adults navigate life’s challenges. As Clinical Director, my goal is to support both clients and our team of therapists in creating a welcoming, affirming space where healing and growth can thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, from community programs to public schools, and I specialize in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and outpatient therapy. I believe in a person-centered approach, where every individual’s unique needs and strengths shape their path to wellness. I am Neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ-affirming, and I strive to ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to help our team provide the best possible care while empowering individuals and families to achieve meaningful change in their lives.

Chandler Charlton, Client Care Coordinator

Chandler graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BA in Film Studies and Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Campbell University, as well as a certification in Nutritional Therapy.  Chandler has worked in admin for many years in both mental health and educational settings, and has a background in toddler-adolescent care as a professional nanny. When she isn’t studying or working, Chandler enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, cooking, making art, watching sci-fi, swimming, and learning more about health and wellness.

Larisa Walsh, Office Manager

Previously worked as a licensed insurance agent, co-owned a wholesale glass company with her family, and was a certified yoga instructor. Most recently, she worked as an administrative assistant with a focus on prior authorizations. She currently resides with her husband, three dogs, three cats, and several aquariums. Larisa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, and seeking out new adventures.
